The juggling balls

Being: Process: "Your relationship with yourself as a practitioner or your sensibilities of being a practitioner"

Engaging: Approach: "The choices you are envisaging about a situation as you and other stakeholders perceive it (i.e. your mode of engaging with a situation of interest)"

Contextualising: Context: "Your manner of adapting your practice to the circumstances (contextualising)"

Managing: Manager: "How you plan to perform your practice through the act of managing the overall activity"
